Sara Kendrick (she/her) holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Athabasca University, as well as holding specialized trauma therapy training, including TIST, EMDR, DBR and advanced training in the tri-phasic trauma model. Further, she has pursued training in yoga therapy and trauma informed yoga therapy practices. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, as well as the International Association of Trauma Therapists.
Sara is compassionate and experienced with working with adults at all stages facing a variety of struggles, from complex trauma, attachment wounding, PTSD, dissociation including DID, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), Psychogenic Non-Epileptic Seizures (PNES), grief and loss, veterans, among others.
With a strong background in trauma-informed holistic care, she strives to build meaningful, trust-based relationships, and collaborates with community to promote well-being, resilience, and healing.
